Our Approach
Cleaning
All the surfaces are cleaned and wiped down to remove all surface dirt and dust particles. Followed by a deep vacuum, thereafter initial mopping with disinfectant.
Pre-cleaning of a surface prior to disinfection is recommended by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention)
Surface Disinfection
Wipe down all surfaces with a disinfectant.
Steaming
Using heat to disinfect or sanitise nearly all household surfaces.
As per the CDC, moist heat in the form of saturated steam under pressure is the most widely used and the most dependable. Steam sterilization is nontoxic, and rapidly heats and penetrates fabrics.
Mopping

Ultraviolet (UV) Treatment
UV Light treatment is non-thermal, non-chemical technology used to treat air and surface contaminations.
ULV Fogging
Disinfectant dispersal using an Ultra Low Volume fogging machine.
ULV cold fogging machines use large volumes of air at low pressures to transform the liquid into droplets that are dispersed into the atmosphere.
HTP Disinfection
Wipe down all High Touch Point areas (e.g. door handles, switches, hand rails, etc) with disinfectant.
We are one of the only company’s incorporating a combination of Steaming, UV Treatment and ULV Fogging within our Sanitisation and Disinfection Service.
The hospital-grade disinfectant (Dubai Municipality approved) used, kills 99.99% of viruses, bacteria, and fungi. It is 100% safe to use around kids and pets. Upon dispersal, it oxidises with the air, coats the surface and breaks down into simple salt, no-rinse required. The coated surface can remain protected for up to 7-10 days*.
