How our Cleaners are vetted and screened
To become a cleaner in most cleaning agencies is easy. However this is not the case at Mops and Brooms! We have a very tough vetting system which filters only the very best ones. They are highly motivated people. Each Candidate to work for Mops and Brooms goes through the following before being assigned to clients:
Next of kin details.
Proof of current and previous address.
References from previous Employers.
Interview. Personally interviewed by M&B representative
If approved, the new Candidates go through a Comprehensive in-house training program.
Close monitoring by our supervisors during the training.
Only when we are fully satisfied with their performance do we allocate them to new clients and continuously
monitor the standard of service.
When you decide to join just call us and we’ll organize everything. If you have any special requirements and would like to talk to someone in person, one of our representatives will come to visit you. You can tell them what you need and they can give you help and advice. This means that we know your needs and we can select the cleaner that is right for you, both for your initial cleaner and should you want a replacement in the future.
Regularly the same cleaner
Our vetting is carefully done to ensure that a cleaner will stay with you for a good period of time. Cleaners are
carefully scheduled so you can have the hours you need, when you want them. We provide a suitable cleaner and continue to monitor their performance and offer a replacement should it become necessary, either temporarily for reasons of illness or holidays, or permanently if your cleaner is about to leave you. Or you might just ask us to replace the cleaner at any time for any reasons of your own. We cannot of course promise that a given employee will be with you forever, but we can certainly make every effort to ensure that you will never be left high and dry.
If your regular scheduled cleaner is unavailable and we fail to allocate you a replacement cleaner when you have requested one, and you miss a cleaning, you can claim a discount on your next cleaning.
